Integrating Workable ATS with Bravado

Overview

Bravado’s integration with Workable ATS allows you to streamline your sales hiring process by automatically syncing top-tier sales candidates directly into Workable, enabling you to manage your recruitment pipeline with ease.

Once set up, Bravado will push accepted candidates to Workable, monitor their progress, and provide actionable guidance to help you hire efficiently.

What the Bravado Integration Does

• Automatic Candidate Sync:
  Bravado sends accepted candidates directly to Workable ATS, along with relevant sales data, so you can continue your usual hiring flow within Workable.

• Pipeline Visibility & Process Guidance:
  Bravado watches your candidate applications in Workable to suggest next steps and help you manage your pipeline effectively.

Before you begin

Have the necessary ATS rights and permissions:

• Bravado: You must be a recruiter with access to the vacancy dashboard to set up this integration. 

• Workable: Admin rights in Workable are needed to complete the integration

Configuring the Integration in Workable

To ensure a smooth integration process, please follow these steps:

1. API Key:
   Go to Workable Integrations Settings https://bravado.workable.com/backend/settings/integrations
   Click “Generate API token” with following:
   - Name - Bravado
   - Expires in - 1 year
   - API Scopes: r_candidates, r_jobs, r_requisitions, w_candidates, w_comments

Configuring the Integration in Bravado

Step 1: Access Bravado Vacancy Dashboard

1. Log in to your Bravado account.

2. Navigate to any active vacancy.

3. Click Connect this vacancy to ATS.

   

Step 2: Authorize App

1. Select Workable from the list.

2. Fill the API key field with the key from the previous step.

3. Select the job posting you want to link with Bravado.

   

   
   

4. Select the pipeline stage where Bravado should send accepted candidates.

   

Great job! Your Bravado vacancy is now linked to Workable.
You can now repeat the vacancy and stage selection process for each additional vacancy you'd like to connect.

Using the Integration

Once connected:

• Bravado will automatically send accepted candidates to Workable.

• You can manage these candidates in Workable as part of your regular hiring pipeline.

• Bravado provides insights and suggestions based on the application progress in Workable.

Disconnecting the Integration

From Bravado:

1. Go to Settings > Integrations.

2. Click Disconnect next to ATS Settings.

   

From Workable:

1. Go to Settings → Integrations.

2. Find the API key for Bravado in API Access Tokens block and click "Revoke token" from the 3-dots menu.
