Integrating Greenhouse ATS with Bravado

Overview

Bravado’s integration with Greenhouse ATS allows you to streamline your sales hiring process by automatically syncing top-tier sales candidates directly into Greenhouse, enabling you to manage your recruitment pipeline with ease. Once set up, Bravado will push accepted candidates to Greenhouse, monitor their progress, and provide actionable guidance to help you hire efficiently.

What the Bravado Integration Does

• Automatic Candidate Sync:
  Bravado sends accepted candidates directly to Greenhouse ATS, along with relevant sales data, so you can continue your usual hiring flow within Greenhouse.

• Pipeline Visibility & Process Guidance:
  Bravado watches your candidate applications in Greenhouse to suggest next steps and help you manage your pipeline effectively.

Before you begin

Have the necessary ATS rights and permissions:

• Bravado: You must be a recruiter with access to the vacancy dashboard to set up this integration. 

• Greenhouse: Admin rights in Greenhouse are needed to complete the integration

Configuring the Integration in Greenhouse

To ensure a smooth integration process, please follow these steps:

1. Source Setup: Greenhouse uses a "source" entity to track where candidates come from, but it needs to be added manually in the admin panel

   1. Option 1: Add agency access to bravado recruiters
      Add Bravado as agency via link: Greenhouse Agencies
      Add recruiters to Bravado
      
      Assign jobs to our recruiters Add visibility for stages & interviews as in the guide
      
      

   2. Option 2: Create Source
      Add a new source with strategy “Agencies” and name “Bravado” via this link: Greenhouse Source Setup.
      
      

      

      
      

2. API Key Setup:
   You'll need to create an API key in Settings → Dev Center → Api Credential Management.
   
   API Type: Harvest
   API Partner: Unlisted Vendor
   Description: Any name you prefer (e.g., "Bravado")
   
   Save the key somewhere secure to share later
   Manage Permissions: Select All
   
   Share the key through a secure channel of your choice, eg https://share.doppler.com/

Configuring the Integration in Bravado

Step 1: Access Bravado Vacancy Dashboard

1. Log in to your Bravado account.

2. Navigate to any active vacancy.

3. Click Connect this vacancy to ATS.

   

Step 2: Authorize App

1. Select Greenhouse from the list.

2. Fill the API key field with key from previous step.

3. Select the job posting you want to link with Bravado.

   

   
   

4. Select the pipeline stage where Bravado should send accepted candidates.

   

Great job! Your Bravado vacancy is now linked to Grenhouse.
You can now repeat the vacancy and stage selection process for each additional vacancy you'd like to connect.

Using the Integration

Once connected:

• Bravado will automatically send accepted candidates to Greenhouse.

• You can manage these candidates in Greenhouse as part of your regular hiring pipeline.

• Bravado provides insights and suggestions based on the application progress in Greenhouse.

Disconnecting the Integration

• From Bravado:

  1. Go to Settings > Integrations.

  2. Click Disconnect next to ATS Settings.

     

  
  

• From Greenhouse:

  1. Go to Settings → Dev Center → Api Credential Management.

  2. Find the API key for Bravado and click Revoke.
